Four Concordes brought together for a unique photo shoot on 24 December 1985.
To celebrate 10 years of Concorde passenger services, British Airways decided to organise a special formation flight and photo shoot. Taking off from Heathrow in turn, the four Concordes, G-BOAA, G-BOAC, G-BOAF and G-BOAG, proceeded to assemble in a number of different formations whilst doing a circuit around the south coast of England. The flight leader was Captain Brian Walpole piloting G-BOAA.
