All items on this site can be purchased with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Switch (Maestro), Delta, cheque (UK only) or PayPal.
Please note if you pay with PayPal then the payment will be processed by our gallery account Framework Framing Gallery Ltd. The transaction should appear on your statement as
 ‘PAYPAL *FRAMEWORKFR*’

Online Ordering

Most of the items on this site can be purchased using our secure online ordering system. In any of the Galleries you can double click the thumbnail image to go through to a more detailed description of the print with a larger image. Click on the Add to Cart link if you want to purchase the items displayed, you will be asked for name, address, credit card details etc.

All credit card transactions are processed using encryption and secure server technologies.

Insured Post and Packaging

£1.50 for order values of under £25. Free with orders of £25 or more.

Overseas

Please call or drop us an e-mail. We will calculate the lowest possible shipping rates based on the size, weight, value and urgency of your order. You can still order online if you prefer - we will add the agreed shipping amount to your order.

Mounted and Framed Overseas

We do not usually ship mounted or framed prints to overseas addresses. The cost of postage and risk of damage means that it is in most cases going to be better for you to purchase the card only and buy framing services locally.

Delivery Schedules

Under normal circumstances we aim to ship within 4 working days of receiving an order. In practice for most orders it is quicker than that, usually within 2 working days. If for any reason there is a delay, for example if an item is out of stock, then we will let you know and give you the option to change or cancel your order. If you need an item quickly, for example for a birthday, then let us know when you order, using the ‘Comments’ option in the shopping cart, and we will give your order priority if possible.

Overseas Orders - Exchange Rate

We can only accept overseas payments made by credit card and PayPal - the payment will be deducted in UK Pounds and will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate on the day of processing. Please check the exchange rate before ordering as fluctuations will mean that the final price may differ from that stated on sales brochures. The price is also exclusive of any local import taxes that may be levied.

Availability and Back Orders

Some of the cards on this site are rare or out of print and so our supplies may be limited. In the event that you order more of a card than we can supply then we will let you know before we process your order. This will give you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait while we get in more stocks or alternatively to alter your order amount accordingly.
