OVERSEAS ORDERS
Please call or drop us an e-mail. We will calculate the lowest possible shipping rates based on the size, weight, value and urgency of your order. You can still order online - we will add the agreed shipping amount to your order.
Valid Overseas Shipping Destinations
We are only able to ship to the following locations: Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Japan
Canada - we can only ship parcels up to 2kg, this is due to restrictions imposed by Canada’s processing facilities.
Surface Mail This is the cheapest option but also the slowest. Your package is insured and a signature may be required upon receipt. It is not tracked though so we will not be able to advise you of its status once it is in the system. The official delivery estimates are shown in the table below. In our experience the official estimates tend to be rather cautious, for example we have shipped many cards to Australia and it rarely takes more than 6-8 weeks. This is not a guaranteed service though and should only be used if delivery times are not an issue.
Standard Airmail Much quicker but also more expensive. Your package is insured and a signature may be required upon receipt. It is not tracked though so we will not be able to advise you of its status once it is in the system. This is not a guaranteed service but in our experience is generally reliable.
Priority Air Mail Your parcel will receive priority handling such as being included on the earliest flight available and is quicker than standard airmail by at least a day, often more. There is a degree of tracking and we get online confirmation when it is delivered. This also is not a guaranteed service but in our experience is quick and reliable. It is only available in Western Europe and the USA as these are the only destinations with the necessary postal infrastructure needed to support the tracking system.
Delivery Times for the Above Services The delivery times given by our postal service are estimates only and not guaranteed. In our experience they are largely accurate but we have known delays caused, for example, by postal disputes or by parcels being held up in customs. In these cases there is nothing we can do about it and we only accept overseas orders on this understanding.
Accepting Delivery of Parcels Your delivery is insured. In some cases, usually depending on the value of the order, you may be asked to sign for the parcel upon delivery. In these cases, for the insurance to be valid, it is important that you examine the parcel carefully before signing for it. You do not have to unwrap it but if there are any external indications of damage such as holes, bending or signs of having been wet then make a note of this against your signature so it is put on record with the delivery company.
